We have support staff to assist you at any stages of usage. So, no need to be worried.
You can use telephone, email or chat applications to get easy-to-understand assistant from us until the final integration.
From tutorials to detailed problems, you can contact us at any time. You can also require a change of service content after the integration.
Is there any trial period? Because I cannot decide if I haven’t tried it.
We don’t have trial period, but we have established a demo site that you can use for testing.
You need a new account to login to the demo system and we can also provide tutorial on how to use the system via screen-sharing application.
How long does it take to finish the integration?
At lease 2~3 weeks. And we may need to do some settings at your side.
After the account is created, settings for different malls are required, but you can still choose to do it now.
