Could you please give us a brief description of your job?

Sugawara: I am the CEO and also the buyer.
The world has changed a lot and it’s a new age for us.So, besides the operation of our actual stores, we want to expand our business further using e-commerce.

Yasugi: I am the head of the EC shop, handling all aspects of the online business.
We want to make full use of internet and the market price mechanism online to achieve new business goals.

A fresh newcomer to EC!?

Why did you choose WORLD SWITCH?

Sugawara: We just started our EC operation recently. We cannot rely only on our actual shops and we have use the internet to find a new way to grow.

Yasugi: After half a year, we got used to the new style and started to consider expanding the online business. At that time, we encountered Wasabi. In order to improve our efficiency, we decided to have a try.

Sugawara: There are many efficiency improving functions like gross profit calculation, sales management, inventory management and synchronization of listing and inventory. But what makes us surprised is that there are much more good functions in WORLD SWITCH.

Sugawara: Very good?

Yasugi: Yes, after using WORLD SWITCH, the staff cannot even do the listing without it.

Yasugi: We are also using WORLD SWITCH to manage our wholesale and sales at store, it will be great if you can add POS/cashier or accounting functions. Kind of a difficult task.

Sugawara: Besides, we want to have some functions such as turnover rate display and inventory display on the top page etc. And some more customized functions.
Please condiser adding these functions which could help a lot to the overall management.

Yasugi: We’d like to have some kind of regular meeting on the further use of WORLD SWITCH.
