Could you please introduce your company first?

Nishigawa: We are a company with the vision of creating recycle shops that connects people.
We offer a high purchase price and sell our items in store and on our own website.

Sort of a good example for second hand shops.

Nishigawa: Thanks for saying that.
I worked in big company before, but now I can think from the perspective of customers and it’s quite rewarding.

On what kind of products do you focus?

Nishigawa: Most of our items are luxury products like HERMES etc.

How did you get to know WORLD SWITCH?

Nishigawa: Sorry, I don’t quite remember but I think I might hear it from others.

It’s OK. And why did you choose WORLD SWITCH?

Nishigawa: We used to use “N” system before, but that system was not specially designed for second hand operation and our staffs complained a lot about the difficulty to use.
Your company has a lot of experience on second hand business and WOLRD SWITCH is specially designed for second hand operation. So we decided to have a try.

What kind of function did you expect the most?

Nishigawa: I think it’s the integration with foreign malls. And the built in image processing tool was also very helpful.

Were there any difficulties during the integration?

Nishigawa: The connection with our own database was quite difficult and we let Wasabi to solve the problem for us. It worked out quite well at last.

Only one staff can manage to do all!?

What kind of problems did you have before using WORLD SWITCH?

Nishigawa: The number one problem was that the inventory of different shops was not synchronized, which made it very difficult for us to handle multiple malls.

So what has changed after using WORLD SWITCH? Was the problem solved?

Nishigawa: Yes, all problems were solved and we felt that the work had become much more easier. The batch listing function is really helpful. And with more functions such as the order batch processing, our workflow has become much more efficient than before.

What’s your favorite function?

Nishigawa: The batch editting function for price change and inventory modification is really convenient.

What has changed to your daily operation?

Nishigawa: We used to think that we need different staffs to do order, editting and photographing, but now, as an extreme example, all of them can be done by only one staff.
Of course we don’t give that much workload to one staff in daily operation.

How do other staffs think about WORLD SWITCH?

Nishigawa: They said that the efficiency has increased a lot. They don’t have to manage different pages on each mall. Because of the image editting function, they can finish the editting process very easily and smoothly.

What do you expect from us in the future?

Nishigawa: We are using our own database and we want to unify it with WORLD SWITCH in the future, which could give us more possibility for new functions such as statistics analysis, etc.

Do you have anything to say to us at last?

Nishigawa: Because Wasabi specializes in second hand industry and we believe there are a lot of improvement could be done in the future.
