Actual stores are based in Kansai area, and are expanding to nationwide.

Please introduce your company.

Yoshida: Our goal is to be a company that is able to fulfill our customers’ need.
Because our customers are satisfied with our service and products, they have the feeling of gratefulness. With this gratefulness, we believe that the world could be more prosperous.

What can you company do to get that “gratefulness”?

Yoshida: We have 2 shops, Kingram and Ryouhin Baikan, covering different areas of used business, and various customers could use our service.

Story of the encounter with WORLD SWITCH.

How did you get to know WORLD SWITCH?

Yoshida: Maybe it was after when I met Mr Okubo.

Kind of an encounter of fate?

Yoshida: Yes, and it was like I have met a good partner.
After that, he just told me about the WORLD SWITCH. I was interested in the function which integrates eBay into the unified system, so I decided to use it.

Were there any difficulties during the process of integration?

Yoshida: We did spend some time to get used to it because it has so much more functions than the old one.
But thanks to the user-friendly design, we learned how to use it very quickly and our job has become much more easier and efficient.

Before the use of WORLD SWITCH, what was the problem you wanted to solve the most?

Yoshida: We were not very satisfied with the regular technical support of the previous system.

What has changed after using WORLD SWITCH?

Yoshida: We like the information sharing mechanism provided by Mr Okubo and we feel deeply that it’s a win-win partnership. We are happy about that.
We can feel “trust” in WORLD SWITCH.

So it’s like fate to meet WORLD SWITCH?

Yoshida: Of course some improvements we requested take them long time to fix but from the big picture, we are satisfied that WORLD SWITCH keeps adding new malls into its system. We can feel a posibility of growth.

Unified management system makes teamwork simple and efficient!

What was the biggest change after using WORLD SWITCH?

Yoshida: The listing process has become much more faster and we can list more products than before. We don’t need to hire more staffs for increasing efficiency.

How do other staffs think about WORLD SWITCH?

Yoshida: They said that the unified management system is very easy to understand and use.
There are images added to picking list which makes the picking and shipping process easier.

How about the information sharing within WORLD SWITCH?

Yoshida: We have multiple staffs to do the same task and they are working on shift. In WORLD SWITCH, the task can be shared with multiple staffs and there will not be any disruption in case of staff change.
Even for new staffs, they can get used to this work style very quickly.

What’s your favorite function in WORLD SWITCH?

Yoshida: We can generate delivery slips for foreign malls with just one click no matter you understand English or not.
Even when there are many products we have to ship overseas, we don’t waste any time to human error caused by the exceeded workload.

The work style “with COVID”.

Now it’s the time of “with COVID”, what’s the change of your work style?

Yoshida: We have been working remotely since COVID happened.
The information such as order status and shipping status are shared within system, so our remote working is very smooth.

We are glad that the unified management could be helpful. What’s you next plan about the system?

Yoshida: We haven’t use the APP and the purchase function. And we are considering to have a try to make our work more efficient.

What kind of improvement do you think we should do in the future?

Yoshida: It will be great if you can integrate the Rakuten Purchase Service into WORLD SWITCH.
And yes of course, more malls.
