Mr Koga, please tell us something about your work.
Koga: I am in charge of the EC business, but I do all sorts of other things too, such as the management of actual stores and purchase related work.

How did you get to know WORLD SWITCH?
Koga: Before using WORLD SWITCH, we were already selling products on many EC malls. The management of inventory took a lot of effort, so we started to look for a good system to make things better. It was really hard to find a suitable one. And then, the staff from Amazon Japan introduced WORLD SWITCH for us.

So that made you decide to use our system?
Koga: Yes, I think so. Amazon didn’t handle second hand designer products at that time. I think they are not doing that now either.
Were there any difficulties during the integration with WORLD SWITCH?
Koga: We expected a lot of hard work at first, but with the help from your
technical support team, we managed to do it smoothly.
But the overhaul of the operation on
Yahoo!Auction was quite difficult.

Koga: Yes. We worked until midnight

What was the impression right after starting to use WORLD SWITCH?
Koga: We used to use some systems to handle the operation on different malls. But when we started to use WORLD SWITCH, we had feeling of evolution. It has become the number one system for us. It offered exactly what we expected and very easy to understand and use. The synchronization of listing, order and inventory was realized at last.
That’s great. How do other staffs think about our system?
Koga: Some staffs who have experience before WORLD SWITCH said that It has been impossible to go back to the old days when there was no WORLD SWITCH. It’s hard for the new staffs to imagine the difference. But for them, it’s really very easy to learn and they can learn how to list to different malls in only one day.
Has it improved your efficiency?
Koga: Of course it did.
We are able to upload all our inventory to EC malls
at the same time. And the management of listing and order are extremly easy. So we have more
time to think about new business plan. It’s a cycle of good progress. Even when we are out for
purchase or away from offices, we can still manage the operation remotely.
A system with excellent performance.
Your company are doing business on 11 malls?
Koga: Yes. In our company, one staff usually list 20 products a day and also do event related work. Thanks to the excellent performance of WORLD SWITH, we can list them to 11 malls at the same time. Which means, 220 product pages can be generated a day.
What do you expect from WORLD SWITCH in the future?
Koga: POS management and APP for listing. Our staffs are doing not only listing but all sorts of work. But even that we can list 20 products to 11 malls a day. If we have an APP for listing, I think the process would be much faster. We hope you can considering some new challenge in this ever changing digital age.
