Valuence Japan is a company specializes in retail of pre-owned luxury items and precious metals.
Valuence Japan operates over 70 shops with the name “Nanboya” both nationwide and abroad (Hong Kong, Indonesia etc.). It also operates vintage shop “ALLU” and used auction shop “STAR BUYERS AUCTION”.

Can you tell us something about your company?

Fujii: We buy the used luxury items from our customers and we sell them through our shops “STAR BUYERS AUCTION” and “ALLU”.

What’s the strength of your company?

Fujii: Our strength is that we have actual stores called “Nanboya” to do purchase and sale at store.
The products listed on “STAR BUYERS AUCTION” are almost purchased by our own staffs, so we have confidence in that.

That’s very important for us because we can have the price advantage over other competitors.

How was your encounter with WORLD SWITCH?

Fujii: Because I was a newcomer in second hand business at that time, so I just searched the internet for a system specially designed for second hand business.
I forgot the detail but I do remember it came out from the search result.

Fujii: Because I was new in the second hand business, so I didn’t know a bit to which mall should I list and how to list.
I even didn’t know what to worry about, let alone the cross-boarder operations.

What difficulties did you have during the integration of our system?

Fujii: How to integrate WORLD SWITCH with our own management system.
And with the detailed and professional technical support, we managed to do the integration.
We did consult a lot with you.


What has changed most after using WORLD SWITCH?

Fujii: Most of all, the revenue has increased. Of course we have our own sites which did help a lot, but the increased number of supported malls is another key factor.
And the unified management system of WORLD SWITCH make the use of our own sites more efficient.

What’ your favorite function?

Fujii: From the personal view, I think the external integration is the best.
In that funtion, very detailed aspects were considered and our integration was very smooth. You can charge fees even with only that function.

Fujii: Even with the detailed settings, you can make money from it.
Of course the settings are very easy to use and convinient.
We are now use it as an integrated system to our main system, but we have some more plan to use it in other ways.

How do other staffs think about WORLD SWITCH?

Fujii: Convinient!
But I don’t know if we are using its full potential or not, but I am sure there is something more to be discovered.
For example, I still want to know more about my favorite external integration. And by the way, we expect more regular online seminars.

Fujii: We want to increase the revenue from our own sites by unifying all carts from different malls in WORLD SWITCH.
And we want to integrate more external systems to WORLD SWITCH.

Can you expect that WORLD SWITCH could do better in the future?

Fujii: We are doing marketing on our own websites and we have confidence in that.
But we rely on you to expand our sale to more malls.

Of course there are a lot of foreign malls that I don’t know. But with the help of WORLD SWITCH, we can expand our sale freely.
