Please introduce your company.

Saito: With our misson “To be the bridge connecting the precious, beyond individual and time.”, we are doing our best to create a prosperous cycle in society and devote ourselves to a reused business network for society and future generations.

Simple and easy-to-use system!

Oh, the point of connecting the precious is very impressive.
Tell us something about how you got to know WORLD SWITCH.

Saito: I remember it was a reused summit or something like that. We thought it was a simple and easy-to-use system at the first look.

Can you tell us more about the first impression?

Saito: Very suitable for second hand products and not too much functions that we don’t need. And we liked the filter functions to display items by categories, upload function for different malls and bundle funciton after a successful bid for auction.

What made you to decide to integrate?

Saito: It can be linked to our own system, WBS and there are many malls that can be integrated into WORLD SWITCH. We liked that very much during our discussion.

Fukuyama, Kanako, Okamura: (Nodded together.)

Did you have any difficulties when integrating WORLD SWITCH?

Saito: We had already been using multiple mall at that time and we spent a lot of time to do the replacement.

Fukuyama: We had to list the items which would be connected to WORLD SWITCH in our own system, so the task was quite difficult.
We believe it cost you a lot of time too for sure.

Tuning according to your operational style!

It’s OK. So all the problems were solved at last?

Saito: We were using other system to do the creation of item info and we had some workflow which increased our cost and labor.
We cannot say all the problems are solved, but most of them.

Kanako: Thanks to the continuous support and cooperation of Wasabi, we can keep adjusting the settings to our operatinal style.

Thanks! We has changed the most after using WORLD SWITCH?

Saito: We could start to list products to new malls.

Fukuyama: With the help of WORLD SWITCH, the efficiency and productivity of listing has reached a new level. It gave us a base to create new plan and strategy to strengthen our operational system.

What’s your favorite function?

Saito: There are too many to say. How about you guys?

Kanako: I like the modifiable item master data which can include information like brand, color, material, size etc.

Okamura: We can register categories and tags to the master data and use it later. The item filter function is also very good.

Fukuyama: The function of editting item info according to its category made my work easier.

Saito: You can use the customized master data to do listing and re-listing to different malls very easily.
Of course there are many other good ones, but time seems not enough.

How do the staffs who are acually using it think about WORLD SWITCH?

Okamura: After we setting up the flow of creating product info and integration with different malls, the work has been much more efficient. If we can imply this to all our workflow, I believe the overall efficiency will reach a next level.

What do you expect WORLD SWITCH to do in the future?

Saito: We hope that you can integrate more foreign malls and we can sell our high quality products from Japan to all over the world.
And we want to be the bridge to connect Japan with the world with the help of WORLD SWITCH.
